A quest for the exceptional through a profound knowledge of cocktail history, free from nostalgia and without living in the past, to propose an avant-garde offer, such is the philosophy of CRAVAN embodied in this elegant and cultured place.
CRAVAN has opened in the heart of the historic literary district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in a building dating back to the 17th century. It is spread over 4 levels, featuring 3 cocktail bars showcasing CRAVAN's mixology know-how and art de vivre, as well as a library in partnership with Rizzoli NY. On the top floor, a workshop with access to a mini kiosk on the roof, will be accessible by invitation.
CRAVAN, a free, radical and contemporary cocktail offer
