In Good Company – David Gonzalez and Borja Susilla
David Gonzalez (formerly of Epoq and Caroe) and Borja Susilla (Michelin-starred at Tula), the talented Spanish chefs behind the unmissable restaurant Gaztelur in Arcangues, will be joining CRAVAN to share their unique vision of an authentic culinary experience that elevates Basque terroir. They will be accompanied by Olivier Granet-Sottis, the Domaine’s artistic director.
Food & cocktail pairing dinner (6 services) – exclusively on the 3rd floor – €110 per person
Arrival possible between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
A €50 deposit per person is required for this dinner, with the balance to be paid on site.
