We wanted to bring a French touch to this recipe, a variant of the Negroni, traditionally made with Bourbon. Thanks to Hennessy Very Special Cognac, we have created a more delicate and elegant recipe than the original, while developing fruity and floral notes. Subtle notes of orange peel, brought by a wine-based aperitif created by CRAVAN, complete the aromatic palette.
The convergence of know-how is at the heart of all Franck Audoux’s creations. This cocktail was created in close collaboration with Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, Master Blender of Maison Hennessy, for a cocktail that respects the characteristics of this cognac as much as possible.
Format : 200ml / 500ml
Tasting notes
Enjoy pure and very chilled, with or without ice. Bonus tip: chill the glasses before serving.
Serve in 8 to 10 cl glasses.
