A variation of the Negroni, traditionally made with Bourbon, our version highlights Hennessy’s XO cognac. The orange and cocoa notes of the latter have been enhanced by the combination with a vermouth created by CRAVAN.

The convergence of know-how is at the heart of all Franck Audoux’s creations. This cocktail was created in close collaboration with Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, Master Blender of Maison Hennessy, for a cocktail that respects the characteristics of this cognac as much as possible.
Tasting notes
Enjoy pure and very chilled, with or without ice. Bonus tip: chill the glasses before serving.
Serve in 8 to 10 cl glasses.
