In Good Company - Mathieu Canet

Mathieu Canet, who was the head chef at Le Dauphin for 10 years, has for a few months now been running the restaurant FOOD, a project conceived by artist Lucien Smith under the auspices of the Gordon Matta-Clark Foundation. Mathieu will be passing through Paris for a unique conversation with Franck Audoux, on the 3rd floor of 165 Boulevard Saint-Germain.

Food & cocktail pairing dinner (5 services) – exclusively on the 3rd floor – €100 per person

Arrival possible between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM.

A €50 deposit per person is required for this dinner, with the balance to be paid on site.

Reservations available for 1 to 4 guests.
