Built like a margarita, the combination of the quince's rusticity and Volcan Blanco Tequila brings an exceptional aromatic power to this cocktail. It is indeed a question of terroir, that of Tequila, whose agave syrup highlights the complexity.

The aromatics and freshness of blue agave meet the rusticity of quince liqueur. Accented by the freshness of lemon, which here highlights the citrus notes present in Volcan Blanco tequila.

Tasting advice :

Enjoy neat, very chilled, without adding ice. Bonus: chill the glasses before serving.

Serve in 8 to 10 cl glasses.

A natural sediment may form in the bottle. To homogenize the cocktail, shake before serving.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
