In Good Company - Alexandre Gauthier
à partir de 19h30
75006 Paris
As part of its Mélange des Genres programming and for the third edition of In Good Company, Franck Audoux, founder of CRAVAN, welcomes Alexandre Gauthier, chef of La Grenouillère, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant listed in the 50 Best ranking of the world's best restaurants. A place that, since the chef took it over and brought it into the 21st century following his father, has become the lair of a unique auteur cuisine that has inspired an entire generation of chefs.

About the chef Alexandre Gauthier:
Alexandre Gauthier holds a unique place on the French culinary scene. For over 20 years, he has pursued a free path, outside of conventional frameworks and habits. For him, cooking is a mode of expression, formal research, and an attentive gaze on what surrounds and moves him. Rooted in a territory and respectful of French craftsmanship, it remains free and autonomous. The Gauthier style is distinct, characterized by precise techniques, oblique perspectives, perfect gestures, and carefully chosen dishes and words.
At La Grenouillère, his haute cuisine restaurant, the experience is total, sufficiently disorienting to be utterly memorable. Gradually, the establishment has transformed into a place of its own, welcoming and theatrical, embodying a way of life that is both eminently contemporary and entirely natural.
