For the first edition of In Good Company, Franck Audoux welcomes James Henry, co-founder and chef of Doyenné, a gastronomic and agricultural project born in Île-de-France, in Saint-Vrain, 36 kilometers south of Paris.

Two to three times per quarter, Franck Audoux, founder of Cravan, hosts a dinner that begins with the palate and combines cocktails and gastronomy. Alongside him, creators, renowned chefs, and tastemakers take turns.
