CRAVAN invites Chef Romain Meder to take the reins of its kitchens from December 11th to 14th, 2024.

Romain Meder will share his passion for raw ingredients and plant-based cuisine during a four-day residency at CRAVAN.

A unique culinary experience from the chef, in the heart of Paris, to be discovered within the venue's three floors: a small plates menu to enjoy in the various bar areas, and a dinner with food/cocktail pairings available by reservation only, in the unique setting of the third floor.  These dinners will showcase a four-handed expertise: that of Chef Romain Meder through a unique menu, designed exclusively for CRAVAN, in harmony with the venue and its inspirations, and that of Franck Audoux, founder of CRAVAN, who will compose unique food/cocktail pairings, with recipes specially designed to accompany each dish with subtlety and elegance.

This culinary collaboration was born from CRAVAN's desire to offer a unique panorama of current French gastronomy and the expertise of Franck Audoux and Romain Meder.
